Covid 19 Mixed Signals

These will be no nonsense and honest questions...

But first this foreword.

I am not anti-vaxx.

I have been practicing social distancing and wearing facial covering since May 2020. I got both Pfizer shots in April 2021. 

I have followed whatever city, county, CDC or state guidelines were mandated or recommended.

I do not care for politicians of both parties. I am a registered independent. Yes, I get tons of junk mail from both parties.

I know we all are just so over this virus.

And I am fully aware that this issue isn't simple -- nothing is as it seems. The inner workings of the government is in a need to know basis and nothing is transparent. And yes, mostly everything is political or about power or money or all of the above.

Questions

But honestly for the US news media, social media, US politicians, government agencies, local governments, celebrities and personalities, and the American people, especially those who have advocated for lockdowns and such..  what is your stand now?

Pandemic Comes in Waves

The numbers of infected are growing, the variants are coming out, people are coming into the U.S. and we don't know who's carrying a new variant.

Schools are open and will open to in-class students. Social events and mass gatherings are happening. All businesses are open. No one is social distancing and wearing masks.

So many things have been politicized but nothing like this pandemic virus, which actually the WHO had to change the original name of Wuhan Virus to Covid 19 because it was offensive.

We are seeing a resurgence of infections. And we shall continue to see this surge, hospitals will see full capacity and people will die from this virus.

Other countries are mandating lockdowns, curfews and stricter guidelines than last year's.

For the U.S., it's all systems go. This virus is so partisan, most of us are showing their political colors with the choices they are making.

But have you ever really wondered why you are doing what you have been doing regarding this virus?
