Proof of Moon Landings

There are both high and low resolution satellite photos of the Apollo landing sites, taken by the U.S. and other countries. These provide convincing proof of the moon landings. Photos and videos show the moon landers, equipment left behind, astronaut tracks and other things on the surface of the moon.

These images captured from orbit, offer third-party evidence that corroborates the moon landings.

Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO)

Since the late 2000s, the LRO has taken high-definition images that show the descent stages of the Lunar Modules, equipment, and even the tracks left by astronauts and rovers at the Apollo landing sites.

Japan

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) SELENE Lunar Probe took several photographs showing evidence of moon landings.

India

The Terrain Mapping Camera of India's Chandrayaan-1 Probe did not have enough not have resolution to record Apollo hardware but recorded evidence of disturbed soil around the Apollo 15 site. The ISRO Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter did capture an image of the Apollo 11 lunar module Eagle descent stage.

Korea

The South Korean Danuri mission, Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO) have recently captured images of the Apollo landing sites, validating the moon landings. 

Russia

Note that the Soviet government, which was in an intense space race with the U.S. in the 1960s never officially denied the U.S. moon landings.

The head of Russian Space Corporation Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov publicly stated that they accepted the truth of that the U.S. beat them by putting a man on the moon.

Russia was given lunar soil that the astronauts brought back at that time. Borisov said that the tests performed on the samples by the Russian Academy of Scientists confirmed their authenticity.

Today, most of the people who still do not believe in the moon landings are flat earthers, Kim Kardashian fans and TikTok influencers.

Americans went back to land humans on the moon after Apollo 11, for those still asking why they didn't.

And they did so multiple times. 

In fact Apollo 11 was so named because it was the eleventh Apollo moon mission, the first 10 were in preparation for the 11th and future Apollo missions.

True, yes there are doubts on the first landing. But there were six similar flights back to the moon after that. Five of which landed humans successfully after the first one. Each time an astronaut planted an American flag. If there was doubt, no one was doubting anymore since the 70s, even the Soviets.

12 Men Walked On The Moon

A total of 12 men (two on each trip) walked on the moon. In 1972, the Apollo program was halted and future crewed moon landing missions cancelled.

There was no more need or doubt. Americans have convincingly won the space race as several trips and several Americans have successfully landed and were the first humans to walk on the surface of the moon.

Doubts Remain

And yes, we are guessing those who were doubting are too young, born in and around that time, or decades later.

The 50s and 60s were a different time. The world and the motivations were different.

Apollo 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 were NASA's seven manned missions whose sole purpose was to land humans on the moon. Only lucky #13 failed. There was a movie about that.

Evidence

Cameras attached to NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter have photographed five of the six flags planted by astronauts from these Apollo missions who had men set foot on the lunar surface in the late 60s and early 70s.
