Deafening Silence On Ghislaine Maxwell's Verdict

So it is official, the verdict is out on the Ghislaine Maxwell trial.

Guilty As Charged

The news have reported that she has been found guilty of recruiting and trafficking young girls to be sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein. I don't think anyone is surprised about this.

If anything many are surprised that she even lived through the trial, considering Eipstein committed suicide before he could stand trial on his cases.

6 Charges, 5 Guilty, 1 Not Guilty

The jury deliberating on the six sexual abuse charges against Ghislaine, found her guilty on five of the charges.

She was guilty of:

• sex trafficking of a minor

• transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity

• conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity

• conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors

• conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts

Not Yet Final

There will be an appeal of course.

But the question really on everybody's mind right now is so what happens next?

For sure there are hundreds of other victims still out there.

Plus the list of the rich and powerful, including heads of states, CEOs, actors and high placed politicians connected with this whole affair, many of them are untouchables.

Open Secret

Surely this isn't the end of this sordid affair which has been an open secret for decades. For crying out loud there is a Netflix documentary about this whole nasty business.

But the news media and social media are conveniently silent on those powerful people involved -- deafeningly silent. So silent, everybody already knows what it means.

Okay, at the top of the list of the most often listed people connected with this whole affair is Donald Trump and those who the news, social media and half of America hates, so that is to be expected.

I mean did anything even come out with the shooting death on that Hollywood set?

One of the many flight logs to and from the island where the incidents of sexual trafficking occured. There is a President's name listed on this one.
